Lawrence Clark
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management, Business process improvement
Founder of Clark Quality, Lawrence is a Chartered Quality Professional with many years experience in system management and development in civil engineering, manufacturing, administrative and service sectors. He has developed and delivered training programmes on continual improvement incorporating business process mapping and statistical process control using the methods and principles of W Edwards Deming. His particular area of expertise is in development and certification of lean systems, compliant with the requirements of ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Heather Clark
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, French language
Co-founder and company secretary, Heather is experienced in education management and is a qualified internal auditor. She is also experienced in supporting clients during ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality and environmental management system certification assessments.
Fluent in French, she offers services to clients based in France and where language skills are required in the UK.
Mike Salter
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management, OHSAS18001 Health & Safety Management
Mike is a quality, environmental and health & safety management professional with many years experience in system management and development in manufacturing, administrative and service sectors. He is an IRCA approved tutor for Lead Auditor Courses and Internal Auditor Courses, and an IRCA approved tutor for Health and Safety Auditor Training Courses. He has carried out consultancy work in Quality Assurance through TEC and Business Link sponsored projects and regularly undertakes third party assessments on behalf of SGS.
Alan Points
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management
Previously a Lead Assessor with BSI for ISO9001 and ISO14001, and prior to that, Quality Manager with an international telecommunications company, Alan has experience in managing quality assurance systems across the UK, Canada and the U.S. He has successfully developed and implemented Quality and Environmental Management Systems and was an award winner for a Business Management Assessment initiative based on the Malcolm Baldrige criteria.
Chris Hodsman
Disciplines: ISO14001 Environmental Management and legislative compliance
Chris is an environmental scientist carrying out environmental impact assessments for prestigious clients on behalf of Gifford PLC. Chris maintains Gifford’s own environmental management system and develops systems for clients in compliance with ISO14001.
Sylvia Elison
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, TickIT software development, ISO/IEC 27001 information security
Sylvia has 25 years experience in software and high technology industries, a significant amount of that time spent in Quality Management roles in the MOD, commercial companies and in a consulting capacity. Sylvia has also been involved in the implementation of software products to automate business processes, especially Help Desk and Sales Force Automation systems. She has developed systems for certification to the TickIT software development scheme and ISO/IEC 27001 information security.
She has extensive experience of conducting third party audits to ISO 9001 (TickIT) on behalf of major certification bodies.
Sylvia holds an MSc in Computer Science and is also a member of the British Computer Society (MBCS).
Barry Pendlebury
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management
Barry is a Chartered Quality Professional with many years experience in system management, maintenance and development in construction, communications, manufacturing, administrative and service sectors. He is also an experienced Lead Assessor for one of the leading certification bodies. His particular area of expertise is in development and certification of lean systems, compliant with the requirements of ISO9001.
Peter Mosely
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality management
Peter is a registered Lead Auditor; IRCA registered QMS Principal Auditor and IATF International Qualified Automotive Auditor for ISO/TS 16949.
Peter Moseley has worked in quality assurance for 30 years including quality management and 14 years as an ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Auditor for a leading international certification body.
Peter has experience in many sectors of industry from single person businesses to multi-national organisations. He has experience in engineering, construction, highways sector schemes, training, health, and service industries.
Mike Bird
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management
Mike has seventeen years consultancy experience with clients ranging from one-man businesses to ‘blue chip’ organisations in a broad range of sectors including farming, architects, construction and associated trades, transport, courier services, laboratories, IT and manufacturing.
His particular area of expertise is in development and certification of lean systems, compliant with the requirements of ISO9001.
Martin Hackley
Disciplines: ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality management
As an independent IRCA and IATF qualified Lead Assessor Martin has developed quality management systems and undertaken assessments to verify compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 for internationally accredited certification bodies including, Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and BSI.
Martin’s particular expertise is in the automotive industry sector where he is an assigned LRQA assessor for ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 1694 for global organisations and SME’s.
